The Kojo Villa is a testament to the fusion of contemporary architecture and West African design heritage. Situated in the heart of East Legon, the 4-bedroom villa features open-plan living, cross-ventilation strategies adapted for Ghana's climate, and a seamless indoor-outdoor relationship. Natural materials — local timber, stone, and terracotta — are woven into a palette that honours the site's heritage while meeting the highest modern standards.
